On the other hand, fruits and vegetables are good for us because they contain vitamins and minerals that are essential for our bodies.

Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise can help our bodies become stronger and give them more energy. Exercise also makes us happier. There are many exercises you can do. Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed. This can cause problems like back pain, depression, heart disease and diabetes as well as obesity. We must get enough sleep if we are to remain healthy.
